Interceltic and Atlantic Watergames 2008
This documents describes the parameters and policy for selection for the Welsh team invited to sail in the international team event within the Atlantic Nautical Games on the 18th – 26th July.
There will be a “interested Party” meeting at the Inland Championships.
This will be at 18:00 Saturday in the club house with CBYC who are organising and supporting the trip in conjunction with the W.Y.A.
There is scope albeit for non team members to sail in the open event. If interested please make the meeting. We will announce the team and logistics immediately after the inlands.

Event Information
This year the Interceltic and Atlantic Watergames will take place from July 19th to 25th in Euskadi (Basque Country) in Gexto and Sopelana, 15 kilometres from Bilbao.
The best athletes of the Atlantic Area will take part in this competition. A lot of entertaining activities are planned, such as a big Celtic Market, lots of concerts and parades. The opening ceremony will take place on July 19th at 8pm in Puente Colgante, Gexto.
